  • A/c system had .5 lbs and takes 1.1lbs; machine detected leak during leak test but no signs of leak were seen with uv light. System was charged with freon and pressures on both high and low sides were correct, but air was coming out hot. Temperature control unit was removed and cable that controls temp. door was out of place due to broken plastic not holding metal clip for cable. A zip tie was used for a temporary repair to hold cable.
